This project focused on designing a comprehensive learning experience for Beiersdorf engineers using TrakSYS, an industrial monitoring and manufacturing interface platform. The modules were created to simplify technical workflows and help users better understand system screens, interface behaviors, operational indicators, and process interactions through visually guided learning experiences. The solution combined instructional storytelling, UI recreations, click-based interactions, animated explainers, assessments, and process visualizations built within Articulate Storyline.
The objective was to create an engaging and easy-to-understand training ecosystem for engineers using TrakSYS. Since the platform contained dense operational interfaces and technical workflows, the learning experience needed to simplify information architecture while maintaining accuracy and usability. The modules focused on helping engineers understand how different screens function, what system indicators represent, and how operational workflows connect within the platform. Through interactive UI recreations, animations, assessments, and guided walkthroughs, the course transformed technical training into an accessible and visually structured learning experience.

Complex industrial workflows and interfaces were transformed into structured learning experiences using guided visual communication.
Click-based simulations and UI walkthroughs improved user engagement and practical understanding of TrakSYS workflows.
The modular learning structure enabled consistent and repeatable training across engineering teams.
“The learning modules successfully simplified complex TrakSYS workflows into engaging and accessible training experiences for engineering teams.”
